Receiptionist

We are a local based engineering company to provide design and installation services in the area of Mechanical Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Electrical, and Laboratory & Medical equipment with associated control and accessories. To cope with our continuous development, we cordially invite high caliber talents to fill the following position:

Duties:

  • Handle general receptionist duties including but not limit to greeting visitors in a professional manner, handling phone calls, mails and courier service, coordinate conference rooms booking and maintaining conference facilities
  • Maintain and monitor the attendance system and support HR clerical works,
  • Provide administrative support, including daily operation, office supplies handling, name card printing, stationery ordering, facilities and equipment repair and maintenance
  • Coordinate and expedite internal events;
  • To assist in ad hoc assignments by supervisors.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in reception/admin or customer service
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in reception/admin or customer service
  • Good working knowledge of MS office and Chinese typing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player is a must, friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, well organised, self-motivated and with good manner
  • Immediate available is preferred
